Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing RomiTeT Creative for your digital service needs. We are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality services. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds.

1. General Terms

Due to the nature of our digital services, we have a strict policy regarding refunds and cancellations. By purchasing our services, you agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

2. Service Cancellation

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation:
    • Project-Based Services (Web Design, Plugin, Mobile App Development, etc.):
      • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@romitetcreative.us
      • If a project is canceled within 48 hours of the initial payment, a full refund will be considered, minus any transaction fees.
      • If a project is canceled after 48 hours, any work completed will be billed at our standard hourly rate. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
      • Once a project’s design mock-ups have been approved, or development has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
    • Monthly Retainer Services (Ads Management, SEO, etc.):
      • These services can be canceled with a 30-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
      • Services will continue to be provided during the 30-day notice period, and the final payment will be due. No refunds are offered for partially used months.
  • RomiTeT Creative-Initiated Cancellation:
    • We reserve the right to cancel a project at any time if a client is unresponsive, fails to provide necessary content or feedback within a reasonable timeframe, or breaches the terms of our agreement. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the work already completed.

3. Refund Policy

  • Digital Products & Services are Non-Refundable:
    • Once a project has started and work has been done, or a digital product (like a WordPress plugin) has been delivered, we do not offer refunds. This is because our services and products are digital and cannot be “returned.”
    • All sales on digital products are final.
  • Exceptions:
    • Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service or product, a full or partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
    • Major Defects: If a digital product has a major defect, we will first attempt to fix the issue. If we are unable to resolve it, a refund may be offered.

4. Project Abandonment

If a client does not provide necessary feedback, content, or communication for a period of 30 consecutive days, the project will be considered abandoned. In this case, any payments made will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. The project may be re-opened at our discretion, subject to a new agreement and payment.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

All requests must be sent in writing to [your-email@romitetcreative.us]. Please include your name, project details, and the reason for your request.

6. Policy Changes

RomiTeT Creative reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
